NANDKISHOR R. MALANI, (B.Com. LL.B., F.C.A., DISA (ICA))
CA Nandkishor R. Malani is practicing since 1989. He is also qualified in Information System Audit. He is having experience of more than 30 years in the Audit & Taxation matters of Companies, Partnership firms, Individuals, Trust, Co-Operative Societies & Institutions. Experience of Bank Audits includes Statutory Audit of State Bank of India, Bank of India and United Western Bank. Inspection Audit of Dena Bank, Internal Audit of Mahesh Sahakari Bank Ltd. & Revenue Audits of Dena Bank, Union Bank, Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Central Bank of India, Concurrent Audit of Bank of Maharashtra, Union Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Dena Bank, Stock Audit of Dena Bank. KAILAS S. SOMANI, (B.Com, F.C.A.)
CA Kailas Somani is fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. He is topper/Ranker throughout academic career. CA Kailas Somani is secured 4th Rank in All India in Chartered Accountancy Final Examination held in Nov 1998 and stood 1st in Pune. He is secured 1st Rank in University of Pune in B.Com 1994 examination andawarded Gold Medal by University of Pune. Also stood first in University of Punein Costing subject. He is secured 8th Rank in Maharashtra Board Merit List in XII th Commerce 1991 and stood First in Ahmednagar District.

His name is included in DPE's NoD (Non Official Director) Databank of Department of Public Enterprises, Government of India, under Professional Category.

Presently partner of Malani Somani Chandak & Associates, a partnership firm of Chartered Accountants since 1999 having Head Office at Pune and Branches at Mumbai, Sangamner and Satara.

Have experience of handling various Bank Audits. Presently Statutory Auditor of various nationalized banks and co-operative banks. Special interest in Banking, Insurance & Income Tax matters.

CA Manoj DamodarChandak is a commerce graduate and has qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999. He has also qualified as Diploma in Information System Audit from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is having experience of more than 20 years in practice.

He is having vast experience of handling of different types of Company Audits, Project Finance, Company Law Matters and Taxation Matters, etc.

He is looking after the Direct Taxes and Audits etc. He is having expertise in dealing with various business issues for more than 2 decades. He was also a Member of Direct Tax Committee of WIRC of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also been rendering services to the Government organizations as a tax and finance consultant. He used to guide to many of government officers and offices for their office as well as personal tax matters and tax planning. He has delivered more than 100 lectures on accounting and Income Tax at different government forums and seminars.

VAIBHAV P. TOSHNIWAL, (F.C.A.)

CA. Vaibhav Toshniwal has been admitted to the firm as a partner from 01/04/2014. He has completed the certificate course on concurrent audits of banks and Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection conducted by the ICAI.
